PREPARING YOUR “SANDWICHS”
1. Getting up – it’s the under slice (with r without alarm clock, but not staying in bed)
2. Looking after yourself – The sandwich filling (breakfast, doing exercise, showering and getting ready; everything without talking)
3. Making contact – It’s the top slice; your finish making your sandwich(talking to the family, your pet or putting on the radio)
Now that you’re looked after yourself and protected yourself, you’re ready to go out. When we finish work and go home, do the same but in reverse order ( 3 Say hello to the family, your pet, TV, radio etc., 2 - Before going to bed go through your personal beauty habits and 1. Finish the day (by getting into bed)
You’ll enjoy a more relaxed and healthy sleep!
HOW TO SLEEP WELL
It can happen that someone goes to bed and falls asleep quite quickly but after 3 or 4 hours, wqakes up and can’t get back to sleep.
This happens becauseduring the first 3 or 4 hours the mind unloads the day’s experiences which are then processed through the unconciousness. When there’s something which doesn’t want to be processed, the person automatically wakes up.
The following offers a simple and efficient remedy:-
• Put four “finger” measures of warm milk in a glass and add four spoonfuls of sugar.
Stir and then drink it and …back to sleep ! The type of glass and spoon used aren’t important but the number and colour are significant !
EXPLANATION
Animal milk: the colour white gives us strength, the same as a mother’s milk.
The square is the symbol represented by the no. 4; location and self-control.
White sugar: the colour again represents strength and the no. 4 reinforces it.
We need a lot of strength to get into the sleep process.
This remedy should only be used occasionally otherwise the objective would be lost.
EMOTIONAL DRAINAGE
Drainage is a means of unblocking an obstructed area by activating another area. The area which we are interested in decongesting now is the mind, as it is blocked by the emotional state.
Through activating movement and body action the mind unloads and moves more easily away from a repetitive thought process. If, moreover, we set ourselves targets to achieve, we create a new horizon. This way, we see the same situations in a different light; “oxygenated” and with more possibilities.

THE MORNING SHOWER
The morning shower is more important than you think. It gets us ready to start the day in the best conditions possible. The shower not only cleanses our physical body but also our “invisible” body. To get the most out of it, shower first of all your head; the part that you can’t see. Use the shower head support, otherwise, held manually, one absorbs all the negative energy and dirt.
It’s advisable to shower at night too, especially between the ages of 10 and 20. On the other hand, it’s preferable for children under 10 to shower at night, rather than in the morning.
